Our Services

My family has been in the game room recreation equipment business since 1978, beginning with my parents opening our original store in West Haven, during the 1960s. My dad manufactured pool tables. We now sell pool tables and game tables and also provide services for pool tables.

Over these past many years, we've learned a thing or two and can proudly say we are the best at what we do in the Connecticut area. You can rest assured we know how to handle that prized possession, your pool table, and will do so at the fairest price possible.

We are fully insured and are reliable and expert at handling these tables. You can work directly with us, no need for a middleman and we can assist you with all the details directly. If you are working with a restoration company or insurance company, designer, or moving company we are happy to work with them as well.

Re-Felt / Re-Level / Repairs

Whether you are redecorating or updating your room, or just sprucing up an older pool table, our installers can recover your pool table with your choice of cloth type, brand, and color.

We offer Simonis, Hainsworth Elite Pro, Couture, and Tour Edition versions of professional billiard cloth and 21oz. Championship Titan version felt. Most cloth options are available in many colors.

We can also provide new/replacement pockets or most hardware that may need to be replaced.

When we re-felt a pool table we include re-leveling at no additional charge.

Pool Table Assembly / Disassembly Services

Encore Billiards & Gameroom sells and services Connecticut and surrounding areas. We provide re-covering, re-leveling and relocation services on our equipment and even most equipment purchased elsewhere. We sell parts and accessories. We use certified/trained technicians to insure professional delivery and proper installation.

Pool Table & Shuffleboard Table Relocation Services

Are you in need of moving a pool table or shuffleboard table? Look no further, we can help! Since the tables need to be completely disassembled this can be a very daunting task. Pool tables can be permanently damaged if they are moved without being disassembled.

Our installers specialize in pool table moving, ensuring that your beloved game table is handled with the utmost care and precision. Whether you're relocating to a new home or simply rearranging your space, we have the skills and equipment to get the job done right.

No need to stress about the logistics or heavy lifting - leave it all to us! Our experienced installers will safely disassemble, transport, and reassemble your pool table to its new location. We take pride in our attention to detail and guarantee that your table will be set up perfectly for your next game night.

If you are moving out of state we can disassemble your table and pack/wrap certain components for you to easily hand off to your moving company. In some cases, slate crating is an option.

We can also assist you with referrals for the reassembly of your table in your new home state.

Storage

New place or new space just not ready yet? No worries, we can store your pool table or shuffleboard table until you're ready for delivery. We can package and store your table safely and affordably.

Championship Billiard Fabric is the best in worsted felt. We stock/use the longer lasting Titan 21oz. weight. (Thinner felt wears much quicker).
